Thank you for your interest in our line of classic hand-made home and garden accessories.  Since 1973, Sea Island Imports has provided our customers with the very best service:  friendly, efficient, and personal, and with unusual items of the highest quality at the very best prices.  We specialize in timeless traditional items of our own design. We constantly add new items so please check the products section regularly.  It features more than six hundred photos and is updated weekly.

  TERMS:  Mastercard, Visa or Discover. 
• MINIMUM:  Opening orders, $200.00.  Re-orders, $150.  (Non-profits: $150 and $100.) A $25 service charge will be added to any order under the minimum.
• CLAIMS:Please notify us within 10 days of any damage.  Retain item, packing material and boxes. The item will be replaced or credited as you choose.  No returns are accepted after 90 days. 
• SHIPPING TIME: You can expect your order to arrive within about three weeks. Sometimes it is practical to hold an order for an in-coming container. Wait time can be longer during the very busy times after the trade shows and in the fall.  If you have a special need or have a specific date that you would like for us to ship your order,  please let us know and we will be pleased to accomodate whenever possible.
• AVAILABILITY:  All our products are hand made and hand painted.  If an item is not available at the time of your order, we will place it on back order for you unless you request otherwise or if we can not find a suitable substitute.  Backorders can usually be filled within four months--usually less but sometimes more.   Just give us a call, and we will update you or you can tell us how you would like to deal with the backordered item.  However it is our policy to ship backordered items as soon as they arrive without notifying you in advance.
• DROP SHIPPING:  We will be happy to drop ship items for you.  The minimum fee is $10 per address if the total meets the minimum. The maximum fee is $30 regardless of minimum. Fees depend on the item.  Please call us for a fee chart.
